怎麼做?
- 為每一個使用者購買Delphi 2010, C++Builder 2010 或 RAD Studio 2010軟體。這個方案適用於新購以及升級
(必需是2006或之後版本)，包含個人、5人、10人，但並不包含網路版以及教育版用戶。
- 安裝並註冊您的2010版產品
- 在此輸入您的產品序號 + 促銷序號以合法使用先前的版本。(不附贈安裝光碟)(http://license.codegear.com/srs6/promotion.jsp?promoId=5)
- 儲存以下的法律條款。這些法律條款只適用於網頁裡所提供，您要求下載有且合法序號的舊版本。
- 本方案起訖時間為2010/08/01至2010/09/30。申請免費舊版的需求必須在2010/10/15日以前完成。

Legal Terms
If you (the licensee) has elected to participate in this amnesty program via use of the promo code and are subsequently electing to download past versions of the Product that you have purchased, then with this purchase of a license for the Product any prior usage of the Product by the user registered to the EDN account for whom amnesty has been requested shall be considered licensed usage (provided that such past usage was within the terms of the accompanying license agreement) and therefore Embarcadero agrees not to assert against the registered user a claim based on unlicensed usage with respect thereto. This amnesty only applies to those electing to participate in this amnesty program as described above.
